The polyester label stock utilizes 3M™ Adhesive 350, which isdesigned to permanently bond to high and low surface energy plastics, textured andcontoured surfaces, powder coatings and slightly oily metals. Liner assures consistent die cutting. Topcoat offers high abrasion resistance combined with excellent chemical resistance including brake fluid.

7816- Gloss White PET Label

3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7816 is a durable polyester label material that offers excellent moisture resistance and thermal stability. This label product utilizes 3M™ Acrylic Adhesive 310 which is a firm adhesive which resists oozing and provides high strength on a variety of surfaces including high surface energy (HSE) plastics and metals. The topcoated for thermal transfer printing. Resin ribbons are recommended for optimum durability. The topcoat also provides improved ink anchorage for traditional forms of press printing. UL approved material.

Thick adhesive caliper provides for stronger bond on textured surfaces. Facestock is top-coated for thermal transfer printing. Resin ribbons are recommended for optimum durability. The topcoat also provides improved ink anchorage for traditional forms of press printing.

3M™ Screen Printable Sheet Polyester Label Material 7980 is a durable, high performance material that offers excellent thermal stability, moisture resistance and chemical resistance. The matte coating is compatible with screen printing and resists degradation from scuffing, chemicals, moisture, and wide temperature fluctuations. Variable information can be added by the end user, as the material is dot matrix printable and hand writable. Liner provides easy sheet processing and is designed for layflat. The backside of the liner is not printable.

1015M- FlexoPlate Mounting Tape

Our 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Plate Mounting Tape 1015 is designed for mounting flexographic print plates to cylinders or sleeves. This white foam mounting tape provides high quality standard combination print. The double coated foam tape has a high plate side adhesive technology designed to resist edge lifting on flexographic print plates. It has a standard medium density foam that is ideal for printing combinations of solids and process with halftone dots. It’s white foam colour indicates the standard, medium density foam. It securely bonds the flexographic photopolymer plate to the print sleeve or steel cylinder to prevent plate edge lifting during printing.
