Application

1. Direct Application: Print flock adhesive onto fabric/garments, dry and apply the flock by fusing machine on below parameters:
   Temperature – 160-170°C
   Pressure -- 3-5 kg/cm²
   Time -- 10-15 Second
   Peel Off - After Cooling Down

2. IndirectApplication: Print flock transfer adhesive onto the Flock sheets in mirror images, dry well and transfer to fabric/Garments by fusing machine on below parameters:
   Temperature – 160-170°C
   Pressure -- 3-5 kg/cm²
   Time -- 10-15 Second
   Peel Off - After Cooling Down

Note: Always use hot melt powder with printable adhesive to get proper bonding of flock.

Always test products for adhesion, wash ability and other specific requirements before using in production.
