Usage
FABRIFAST® 66-10 inks should be thoroughly mixed prior to use as settling of the ink may occur during transportation & storage.
- Place the ink into the ink duct on the machine, adjust machine settings and commence printing.
- The heater plate should be set at 130-150°C to ensure the ink is dried thoroughly, otherwise smearing of the print may occur.
- Prints must be fully dried before heat curing.
- For maximum opacity, print should be without the addition of any additives.
- Maximum resistances for single pack inks will be obtained by Heat Curing @ 125°C in a thermostatically controlled convection oven with fresh air intakes, good ventilation & extraction for a period of 4 hours.
TEXTILE SCREEN INKS (PRINTED LABELS)
