Prep 101 (SML34) mesh preparation paste is for use on new mesh with all types of stencil, particularly indirect stencils. It considerably enhances the life of the stencil and helps prevent pinholes and fish-eyes caused by dust and greasecontamination. Mesh Degreasing and Emulsifying Concentrate

Prep 102 (SML51) degreasing and emulsifying concentrate is formulatedfor use before each application of direct emulsions anddirect/indirect stencils. It thoroughly degreases and evenly wets all mesh fabrics, alsohelps prevent pinholes by removing dust particles and impartinganti-static properties to the mesh,greatly assists the flow characteristics of direct emulsions.It contains a low foaming detergent mix and an active wetting agent and it contains no silicones or comparable additives.

Mesh Cleaning Solution

Screen Cleaner SV (SVL38) is an expertly balanced blend ofsolvents and detergents which are used at the end of a print runfor the removal of ink residues. This blend enables the ScreenCleaner and the ink to be easily emulsified with water, and prepares the stencil surface for the rapid action of decoatingchemicals.Screen Cleaner SV is formulated for manual removal of solvent-based and UV ink residues.

Diazo Based Emulsion for Garment Printing

Dirasol 25 is specially formulated for printers of T-shirts, sports and fashion wear, using water-based or plastisol inks. It is a reclaimable emulsion for fabric printing using plastisols or waterbased inks, adhesives and pastes. It is not resistant to a water/solvent mix. It hasexcellent mesh bridging& good see-through for easy registration/setting up. It can be post hardened with Dirasol Super Hardener or water proofed with Sericure.
