QTX - QTX is a ready-to-use, pink coloured, ultra-fast exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for imprinted sportswear applications. QTX's high solids (41%) content provides superior coating properties, better bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. QTX is designed for plastisol inks, is extremely durable and reclaims easily. Do not subject to strong solvents during printing or wash-up. QTX is pre-sensitized, and must be handled in yellow safe light conditions before exposure.

QX-3 - QX-3 is a dark blue coloured, ready-to-use, fast exposing “hybrid” direct emulsion formulated for high resolution printing with solvent-based inks, and conventional UV and water-based UV inks. QX-3 combines the pre-mixed convenience, fast exposure speed, and extended shelf life of pure photopolymer emulsions with the durability, versatility, and excellent imaging properties of dual-cure emulsions. QX-3 provides wide exposure latitude with all common exposure systems, including such weak light sources as fluorescent tubes. QX-3 has excellent solvent resistance and can be reclaimed easily, even if under-exposed and used with aggressive inks and wash-up solvents. Its good mechanical resistance makes QX-3 the emulsion of choice for glass printing with abrasive frit inks.

925WR-P - 925WR-P is a pale violet emulsion formulated for use with water-based textile inks. It has 41% solids content and a viscosity of 7000 centipoise (sensitized). It uses a powered diazo. It offers excellent water resistance and has good solvent resistance as well. It is diazo based dual cure emulsion.

DLX - Diazo-photopolymer emulsion formulated to overcome the problem of humidity sensitivity. It offers superior resistance to humidity, rapid drying without residual surface oiliness, quick exposure with a variety of light sources, and a reduced acrylate odour. DLX is recommended for a wide variety of printing applications (especially those requiring high resolution), including use with UV, plastisol, and water and solvent inks. It is blue coloured and has 38% solid content. It is diazo based dual cure emulsion.

FX88 - FX88 a blue coloured, abrasion resistant, general purpose emulsion for use with solvent based posteror enamel inks. Produces stencils with good resolution and definition; good solvent resistance. Supplied with high quality powdered diazo sensitizer. Recommended for low intensity light sources. It has 34% solid content.

RLX - RLX is a multi-purpose high speed diazo photopolymer direct emulsion. It is magenta in colour RLX's very high solids content (38%) provides better stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and faster drying. RLX has superb coating properties and durability, and is resistant to a wide variety of solvent- and water-based ink systems. RLX/CL is supplied clear for easier see-through registration. RLX is recommended for imprinted sportswear, P-O-P, and advertising specialty printing.

EXTRA HEAVY BLOCK-OUT NO. 10 | GREEN - The high viscosity of Extra Heavy Blockout No. 10 affords easier handling, and generally assures effective coverage in a single coating. Especially useful with coarse mesh. Can be used for touchups when thinned with cold water. Can be used in unventilated rooms since it contains no organic solents. Recommended for use on all mesh, with all stencil systems. Use only with non-aqueous inks.

Screen Frame Adhesive - Ulano Frame Adhesive New EPL is a versatile, durable, medium-low viscosity fabric adhesive for all types of frames commonly used in screen printing: aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized iron and wood. It is a two-part adhesive with high resistance to all common types of chemicals, cleaning compounds, inks and solvents used in the screen.

MAGIC MESH PREP - Magic Mesh Prep is a ready-to-use liquid combining the properties of meshdegreaser, wetting agent, and anti-static treatment. Magic Mesh Prepimproves the flow characteristics of liquids, facilitating more uniform coatingof direct emulsions and the easier transfer of ink during printing, therebyimproving printed image quality.The improved wetting of mesh also promotes the adhesion of indirect and CDF® Direct-Film (capillary system film), and improves the durability of all stencil systems, for longer printing runs. The antistatic properties of Magic Mesh Prep reduce the whickering and feathering of ink when printing under low humidity conditions.

ACTIGHOST RAPID GEL - Actighost Rapid is a highly viscous alkaline ghost image, ink residue, and emulsion residue remover formulated with biodegradable solvents. It is intended for use following normal stencil removal procedures. Actighost Rapid is virtually odor free and has a high flash point. Because of its high viscosity, Actighost Rapid can be used on coarse mesh and applied with a coating trough. In normal use, Actighost Rapid is sufficiently diluted with water so that it can be flushed harmlessly down the drain and into biological sewage treatment facilities.

DEGREASER GEL NO. 23 - An abrasive degreaser gel that combines the actions of Microgrit No. 2 and Screen Degreaser Liquid No. 3. The abrading action of Ulanogel 23 promotes better wetting of the mesh and adhesion of the stencil, and thus, longer press life. Its degreasing action removes dirt, dust, and oils from the mesh, reducing the risk of stencil failure and pinholing. Ulanogel 23 is ready-to-use and rinses off in hot or cold water. Its thixotropic character permits easy and effective preparation of larger screens held in a vertical position. Non-caustic - will not harm frames, mesh, or adhesives on stretch and glue frames. Recommended for use with all stencil systems on synthetic mesh only.

QT THICK-FILM - Intended for printing with plastisol inks on t-shirts and imprinted sportswear items. Extremely fast exposure times make the QT series suited for use with low power light sources. SBQ sensitized, pink coloured films available in 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400µ thicknesses. Adherable with water or QTX® emulsion. CDF/QT Thick-Film is ideal for the production of thick stencils for specialty printing needs, including high density, puff, and lenticular effects for imprinted sportswear; peel-able solder masks in the electronics industry; false mosaic and leading effects for glass and ceramic decorating; screen printed gaskets and seals; and many other manufacturing and decorating applications requiring ultra-thick ink deposits with non-aggressive solvent inks and pastes. CDF/QT Thick-Film is a precisely coated, capillary film version of Ulano’s best-selling QTX® direct emulsion. Like QTX, CDF/QT Thick-Film utilizes pure photopolymer (SBQ) technology to assure extended shelf life and minimal influences from heat and humidity, the fastest possible exposure speed, good imaging properties, and on-press durability. Generally, CDF/QT Thick-Film is adhered to fabric with QTX using the direct/indirect application technique. CDF/QT Thick-Films can be laminated to produce unlimited stencil thickness variations. The use of CDF/QT Thick-Film offers significant savings in labour and production time over the use of direct emulsion to produce stencils of similar thicknesses.

CDF VISION - CDF Vision is a diazo dual-cure capillary film system. Its special formulation controls mesh penetration and enhances photo-polymerization, resulting in sharp printing shoulders and mechanical durability. Particulate-size control reduces granularity effects for optimal resolution and definition. Texturing agents impart a micro-structural pattern to the bottom of the stencil, minimizing hydrostatic attraction to the printing stock under conditions of high humidity, and electrostatic attraction under low humidity conditions. CDF Vision is compatible with UVs, vinyls, and virtually all solvent-based inks. Depending on the thickness selected, it is suited to such printing applications as: electronics circuit traces and membrane switches, halftones, CDs and DVDs, ceramic decals, posters, and containers and bottles
