91091 Double Coated Tape

High performance double coated tissue tape made of conformable tissue carrier and highperformance synthetic pressure sensitive adhesive. Offers excellent adhesion to rubber, different types of foams and low surface energy plastics. It also provides a good surface for die punching.

91091HT- Double Sided Tissue Tape

Double coated acrylic adhesive coated on a conformable tissue carrier fordimensional stability and improved handling with ease of die cutting and laminating. The highadhesion adhesive provides excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces. It offers excellent adhesion to variety foams and high surface energy plastics. It also provides a good surface for die punching.

1600IG- Double Sided Foam Tape

Product 1600IG series double-coated polyethylene foam tape combines a conformable closed cell foam with a high strength acrylic adhesive that provide good initial tack and offer high ultimate adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including many plastics. In addition, it also possesses good shear property that provides long term holding power, even under elevated temperature and environmental conditions.

  1. 3M 1600IG series feature a medium-soft acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive system. The key characteristics of this adhesive include a combination of high initial adhesion and good shear and holding power to a wide variety of materials, including many plastics.
  2. 3M 1600IG series feature good structural polyethylene foam strength to withstand heavy loading and harsh peeling.
  3. Glassine paper liner features good converting characteristics.

  • For secure joining/ mounting 2 kilograms is the maximum static loading for 1 square inch tape application. Due to the consideration of less than 100% contact with the surface, variations in surface preparation, extreme environmental conditions, customer evaluation and testing are required for every specific application.

91125R Double Sided Removable

3M™ Removable Tape 91125R is differential adhesive tape with a low tack adhesive(Removable) on the back side (exterior of roll) and a high tack (Permanent) adhesive on the face side (interior of roll). The low-tack adhesive on the back side (Liner side) allows removal from many surfaces withoutadhesive residue. The polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability, improved handling for die cutting and laminating, as well as providing higher temperature
