POLYCOL BN60

POLYCOL BN 60 is a thermally curable, one-component photoemulsion with an excellent resistance to all common printing inks. Suitable for textile and ceramic inks as well as for plastic, aluminium, UV- and thermoplastic inks. A special field of application is etch printing. Good resolution and edge definition. Before hardening, POLYCOL BN 60 can be decoated with PREGASOL products.

Diazo Based Emulsion for Garment Printing

Dirasol 25 is specially formulated for printers of T-shirts, sports and fashion wear, using water-based or plastisol inks. It is a reclaimable emulsion for fabric printing using plastisols or waterbased inks, adhesives and pastes. It is not resistant to a water/solvent mix. It hasexcellent mesh bridging& good see-through for easy registration/setting up. It can be post hardened with Dirasol Super Hardener or water proofed with Sericure.

DIRASOL 915

Diazo-Photopolymer Emulsion

Dirasol 915 is a combination of Diazo and Photopolymer chemistry.It creates photostencils capable of the highest standards of printing for all applications and ink systems. Dirasol 915 is resistant to all graphic, speciality and textile inks. It isformulated to overcome static problems in high humidity conditions, caused by extreme climatic conditions or poorly ventilated work areas.

ULANO

925WR-P - 925WR-P is a pale violet emulsion formulated for use with water-based textile inks. It has 41% solids content and a viscosity of 7000 centipoise (sensitized). It uses a powered diazo. It offers excellent water resistance and has good solvent resistance as well. It is diazo based dual cure emulsion.

DLX - Diazo-photopolymer emulsion formulated to overcome the problem of humidity sensitivity. It offers superior resistance to humidity, rapid drying without residual surface oiliness, quick exposure with a variety of light sources, and a reduced acrylate odour. DLX is recommended for a wide variety of printing applications (especially those requiring high resolution), including use with UV, plastisol, and water and solvent inks. It is blue coloured and has 38% solid content. It is diazo based dual cure emulsion.

FX88 - FX88 a blue coloured, abrasion resistant, general purpose emulsion for use with solvent based posteror enamel inks. Produces stencils with good resolution and definition; good solvent resistance. Supplied with high quality powdered diazo sensitizer. Recommended for low intensity light sources. It has 34% solid content.

QTX - QTX is a ready-to-use, pink coloured, ultra-fast exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for imprinted sportswear applications. QTX's high solids (41%) content provides superior coating properties, better bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. QTX is designed for plastisol inks, is extremely durable and reclaims easily. Do not subject to strong solvents during printing or wash-up. QTX is pre-sensitized, and must be handled in yellow safe light conditions before exposure.

QX-3 - QX-3 is a dark blue coloured, ready-to-use, fast exposing “hybrid” direct emulsion formulated for high resolution printing with solvent-based inks, and conventional UV and water-based UV inks. QX-3 combines the pre-mixed convenience, fast exposure speed, and extended shelf life of pure photopolymer emulsions with the durability, versatility, and excellent imaging properties of dual-cure emulsions. QX-3 provides wide exposure latitude with all common exposure systems, including such weak light sources as fluorescent tubes. QX-3 has excellent solvent resistance and can be reclaimed easily, even if under-exposed and used with aggressive inks and wash-up solvents. Its good mechanical resistance makes QX-3 the emulsion of choice for glass printing with abrasive frit inks.

RLX - RLX is a multi-purpose high speed diazo photopolymer direct emulsion. It is magenta in colour RLX's very high solids content (38%) provides better stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and faster drying. RLX has superb coating properties and durability, and is resistant to a wide variety of solvent- and water-based ink systems. RLX/CL is supplied clear for easier see-through registration. RLX is recommended for imprinted sportswear, P-O-P, and advertising specialty printing.

VIVID Zebra 708 Solo: is One-component photopolymer emulsion for textile non-PVC, Discharge and HD printing. Zebra 708 solo is used for the production of textile and screen-printing stencils which are resistant to water base and oil basedink printing media. Also suitable for printing non-PVC, Plastisol and discharge ink.Solid content 41%.

VIVID ZEBRA DZ 135 T: is Diazo Photo Emulsion is a high quality 44 % solid content (unsensitised) and a very durable water and plastisol resistant garment printing with excellent resolution and high definition photo emulsion.Zebra DZ 135 T is used for the production of high-quality stencils, water resistant, discharge base water stencils &plastisol-based ink. The print run resistance can considerably be increased by chemical hardening with zebra hardener. Before hardening, and DZ 135 T can be de coated with Zebra Strip. Solid content 44%.

VIVID Zebra 719 H: isaSBQ photopolymer emulsion which is UV ink and solvent resistant, highly viscous, one-component for fine line andhalf tone (dot) and very high stencil build-up thicknesses with very good resolution. Zebra 719 H is a one component photo emulsion. High solids content make it especially suitable for direct coating of coarse mesh and the production of stencils with a high coating thickness.
