Solvent and water resistant Diazo-UV-polymer photoemulsion. Suitable for all industrial and general purpose application, relatively short exposure time makes it suitable for the direct projection system. Sensitize with Diazo. It is the most widely used product in kiwo’s range of emulsions.

POLYCOL 630W RED

One-component, water resistant SBQ photopolymer emulsion. Its high solids content and medium viscosity are designed to produce a perfect stencil with automatic 1:1 coating on a 120-34 (T) mesh. Suitable for all high quality water based printing works.

POLYCOL BN60

POLYCOL BN 60 is a thermally curable, one-component photoemulsion with an excellent resistance to all common printing inks. Suitable for textile and ceramic inks as well as for plastic, aluminium, UV- and thermoplastic inks. A special field of application is etch printing. Good resolution and edge definition. Before hardening, POLYCOL BN 60 can be decoated with PREGASOL products.

KIWO® MESH X-CEL

The all-rounder for cleaning and degreasing screen printing meshes. Specially designed for pre treatment of new media. Provides a stable water film when transferring screen printing films, improves flow properties and bond of the emulsion, reduces problems of electrostatic charge and produces a beautiful print image with many ink types. KIWO MESH X-CEL is ready to use. Colour: orange.

KIWOSET K

KIWOSET K-T is an acidic, aqueous solution for the chemical hardening of screen printing and textile printing emulsions (refer to the technical data sheets of the respective emulsions). It can easily be distributed using a brush and forms an evenly spread film which enables a homogeneous curing result. No residue remains in the open areas after evaporation of the hardener.

KIWOCLEAN LM612

KIWOCLEAN LM 612 is a universally applicable screen cleaner for the removal of non-hardened inks from screens. KIWOCLEAN LM 612 is colourless, of medium volatility, mild in odour and has little attack on photoemulsions. Very suitable for plastic (PVC), paper, UV, non-hardened two-component inks and many plastisol inks.

KIWOCLEAN LM628

KIWOCLEAN LM 628 is a universally applicable screen cleaner for the removal of commonly used printing inks from printing tables and for cleaning tools and squeegees. It is applied wherever a screen cleaner is used manually. KIWOCLEAN LM 628 is colourless, mild in odour, has little attack on photoemulsions and is free from halogenated hydrocarbons (e.g. CFC). KIWOCLEAN LM 628 was made for manual application, comparable cleaners for automated cleaning units are KIWOCLEAN LM 612 or LM 657.

Water emulsifiable solvent cleaner for the removal of all commonly used screen printing inks, solder lacquers and pastes Especially suitable for dried up water based pressure sensitive and flock adhesives

Two-component screen adhesive for the fast and reliable bonding of screen mesh to frames made of aluminium, steel, wood etc. Very good resistance to those solvents usually used in screen printing. When screens are stretched to a high tension in automatic screen washing units it is recommended to use a protective lacquer. Process with 20 % by weight KIWODUR 930

KIWOBOND 944XLP

Two Component screen adhesive for the fast and reliable bonding of screen mesh to frames made of aluminium, steel, wood etc. Very good resistance to those solvents usually used in screen printing. The special feature about this product is its extentended pot life (XLP properties) after mixing the base and catalyst (hardner).

KIWO® SCREENBRUSH

Special brushes for the different applications in stencil making. Resistant to chemicals, with the different colours (white, blue, green and red) and hardness of bristles allow safe and fast identification of the appropriate application.

KIWO EXPO CHECK

KIWO's exposure calculator separates the exposure test film from the resolution test film. The KIWO ExpoCheck consists of one exposure test film with ten neutral density filters, and three resolution test films with different levels of detail: coarse, medium and fine. The three different resolution films allow the printer to customize the exposure test to the printing application requirements. By combining the exposure test film and one of the resolution test films, simultaneous evaluation of exposure and resolution is achievable.
