Conventional Lamination Adhesive

• PidilamLM 26- Itis water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for lamination of BOPP and PVC to paper or duplex board. The product gives excellent gloss and can be applied with roller coating.

• PidilamI24- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for lamination of BOPP/ PVC to paper and duplex board. The product gives excellent gloss and can be applied with roller coating.

• Pidilam LM 51-It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for lamination of BOPP/PVC/PET/METPET to paper and duplex board. It is recommended for lamination requiring good heat resistance; good low temperature performance and difficult to bond surfaces like metallized films, highly printed surfaces etc. The product can be applied with roller coating.

• Pidivyl LM 11 (MH)- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used so mainly for lamination of BOPP/PVC to paper and duplex board. The product gives moderate bond when used for PET lamination. Also used for making of cartons. The product gives good wetting on difficult substrates and can be applied with roller coating. It is one of Pedilitie’s best selling products.

• Fevicol HP002- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for lamination of BOPP/PVC/MetallizedPolyester/ Polyester to paper and duplex board. It offers very high and cold resistance. It can be used with conventional wet lamination machines as well as machines which pump the adhesive. Also used for packaging applications.

• LMS 53ND- It is low viscosity water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used for Met Pet, Pet, BOPPand PVC to paper or board. The product gives an excellent bonding & gloss along with the good coverage.

• Pidivy CP 291- It is a water based high performance adhesive for print lamination and transfer metalizing suitable for BOPP, MET PET, PET, PVC etc and offers good glass and high peel strength.

Dry Lamination Grade (Water Base)

• Pidicryl FF 103HS- It is a water-based adhesive which can be used by Gravure/ Anilox application. It can be used for various wenchuyan/ EelieM/C lamination of METBOPP, PET, PVC, METPET, BOPP etc to boards.

• Pidicryl FF 104HS-It is a water-based adhesive with very fast setting properties which can be used by Gravure/ Anilox application. It can be used for various wenchuyan/ EelieM/C lamination of METBOPP, PET, PVC, METPET, BOPP etc to boards.

Main Glue

• Fevicol SA 60- It is a translucent adhesive designed for heavy duty bookbinding and suitable for thick voluminous books.

• Fevicol SA 260- It is a hot melt designed for moderately thick bookbinding and suitable for a variety of substrates due to its white colour.

• Fevicol SA 84- It is a hotmelt hazy white coloured adhesive designed for heavy duty book bind suitable for thick voluminous books. It is a highly flexible product.

• FevicolSA 777- It is a transparent hot melt adhesive recommended for perfect binding of thick voluminous books. It is high flexible and good bond strength. It has good pot stability.

• Fevicol 339- It is a white coloured adhesive which offers high flexibility and is suitable for maplitho thin to medium art paper.

• Fevicol SA 314H- It is an off white coloured adehesive with good bonding strength and high flexibility. It is suitable for art books and thick books.

• Fevicol SA4777- It is an off white coloured hotmelt adhesive suitable for moderately thick books. Available packing sizes-30kg.

• Fevicol SA 320LT-It is a honey coloured hotmelt adhesive for thick books. It is active at low temperature and can be used as both main and side glue.

Side Glue

• FevicolSA 423- It is a transparent hot melt adhesive recommended for side pasting of voluminous books like telephone directories, encyclopaedias. It is highly flexible and offers good pot stability. The adhesive bonding is adaptable with variety of papers.

• Fevicol SA 419- It is a light yellow coloured adhesive recommended for side pasting of maplitho, chromo and art cover paper types. It can be used for foam and fabric binding as well.

• Fevicol SA 416SG- It is an off white coloured adhesive suitable for maplitho, chromo and art cover paper. It offers high flexibility, good pot stability and good bonding strength.

• Fevicol SA 87LL- It is a honey coloured adhesive with high tac and a brick shape. It is semi pressure sensitive (PSA).

Grades for Side Pasting

• Fevicol CPW- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for carton making for side and flap sealing applications, it can bond BOPP, PET laminated with paperboard / PVC to paperboard.
  Available packing sizes- 5.5kg, 50kg.

• Fevicol BMW- It is an adhesive with high viscosity for side pasting of BOPP, PET with board etc. It is recommended for high COBB boards.

• Fevicol DLX- It is a high end water base adhesive which offers heat/cold resistance and fast drying properties. It is recommended for pasting MET PET to cartons.

Nozzle Application

• Fevicol 2000 L- It is water based synthetic resin adhesive used mainly for inner line pasting in cartons, folding box carton pasting. It is approved by the FDA in the US.

• Fevicol 3000L- It is a water based synthetic adhesive with good bonding strength for laminated and aqua varnish carton for envelope making.

Corrugation E Fluteing

• Pidicol T 28 (MH)-It is a water based synthetic adhesive with higher solid contents. It is recommended for paper to paper bonding applications for making paper tube, corrugated boxes, duplex cartons and paper bags.

• Pidicol T 33- It is a water based synthetic adhesive. It is recommended for paper to paper bonding applications for making paper tube. corrugated boxes, duplex cartons, paper bags, cones etc.

• Pidivyl 9735- It is a waterbased co-polymer adhesive. It is recommended for board to corrugated sheet bonding applications for making corrugated boxes by manual and automatic feed machine.

• Grippo 2911- It is a high viscosity product used by roller and wheel applicator. It can be used for the application of corrugated sheet pasting, bag making, tubes and cones, water dilution is possible to reduce the cost.

• AG 66- High viscosity water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive. It can be used on all standard wheel application and manually by brush. Recommended for various packaging applications. It can be used for Paper to Paper/Board to Board for corrugation pasting, book binding, carton making. It can be used for wood to wood applications in furniture. pencil making and other wood related products.

• AG 99- High viscosity water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive. It can be used on all standard wheel application and manually by brush. Recommended for various packaging applications. It can be used for Paper to Paper/Board to Board for corrugation pasting, book binding, carton making. Manual Application

Fevicol 282- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive with higher applications used mainly for bonding aqueous varnished, laminated cartons and other packaging related applications.

End of the Line (Hotmelt)

• Fevicol SA 85 IC- It is a yellow coloured hot melt adhesive with higher thermal stability than conventional hotmelts. It doesn’t charr, thereby improving the life of equipment with low maintenance cost.

• Fevicol SA 73-It is a hot melt adhesive with exceptional thermal stability, used in bonding plastic to charcoal. It can be applied by standard roller coating and nozzle applicators.

• Fevicol SA 7505M-It is a yellow coloured EVA based hotmelt adhesive used in tissue box pasting. It binds laminated and aqua varnished based packaging material.

• Fevicol SA 888MV- It is a hotmelt adhesive used in the pharma industry. It is used in flap pasting and up & down pasting. It has a metallocene base.

Label/ Sticker Adhesive

• Pidivyl KPS (MH)- It is a water based synthetic resin emulsion adhesive used mainly for pressure sensitive sticker/label making. Can be applied with roller coating and silk screen printing.

• Pidivyl KPSV- It is a water base synthetic resin adhesive used mainly for automotive and packaging applications. It offers high heat resistance. It is suitable for screen brush application and roller application.
